Buena Salud Press is the publishing arm of the Healthy Americas Foundation (HAF) a U.S. based national non-governmental organization (501c3) that strives to improve and further the health of individuals and families in their communities. Our actions are tailored to the needs and resources that exist at the local level.

Our efforts are grounded in the experience of the National Alliance for Hispanic Health and its many partners. Celebrating 47 years, the Alliance has grown to become a network of community based members that deliver quality services to over 15 million persons annually and national members that provide services to over 100 million persons annually.

HAF is developing the financial capital to foster community innovation and community-based efforts that improve the lives of individuals and families throughout the Americas. This is accomplished through programs grounded in a belief in community, celebrating the role of culture, and redefining health as not merely absence of illness, but also the nurturing of wellness in body, mind, and spirit.
